Redbird Robotics

Robotics
Redbird Robotics is UofL's Main robotics group. It is the umbrella for three competitive teams, and one non-competitive group.

SoutheastCon Main and Open compete yearly to design and build a fully autonomous robot from scratch to complete various tasks that are revealed each year. Students are all welcome, and have to use programming and CAD skills to make a winning bot.

VEXU is the university branch of VEX robotics. Students compete multiple times a year to design a semi-autonomous robot that faces opposing teams head-to-head, as well as participating in solo skills tournaments to show off technical skill.

Outreach is a non-competitive group which designs robots that look cool and do unique things. Its primary purpose is to show what is possible with robotics.
